I had a look at the 2 preprints but saw no mention of the 393-page Pfizer Periodic Safety Update Report 3 published in June 2022 (PSUR3) and its Appendices that list nearly 10,000 different preferred terms for Harms reported by regulatory authorities and collected by the company from published case reports to be forwarded to the CDC, FDA and EMA as a condition of EUA.
